Curve Games and developer Neon Giant will be releasing a brand new DLC for their popular cyberpunk action RPG The Ascent on 18th August. Titled Cyber Heist, this new DLC takes place after the main campaign and challenges players in a top secret mission. Watch the new trailer below….
Cyber Heist sees players travel from the familiar confines of their arcology to one owned by the Malhorst-Gelb Group in an all-new secret mission from Kira, the player’s former employer. Throughout a range of new missions and side quests players will investigate never explored locations, loot brand new weapons, including some for melee combat, and set their sights on ground-breaking tech. Though the player isn’t the only one who is planning on getting the goodies.
Players will be able to go solo or join a friend as they tackle challenging new missions, fight an assortment of new enemies and find out new ways to fight.
Cyber Heist will feature:
- A challenging new contract with missions and side quests that can be completed solo or with friends.
- Try out new weapons and experiment with the all-new melee weapons, including the Rock Crusher and the Guillotine.
- Travel to a new arcology, one that is owned by the Malhorst-Gelb group, and explore breathtaking new locations and environments.
- Encounter colourful new characters such as Ontario and Zell and face new deadly enemies…. then kill them.
The Ascent: Cyber Heist will be available on 18th August for £7.99/€9.99/$9.99. Also available now is a special Cyber Edition of The Ascent, this includes the previous DLC packages Cyber Warrior and Cyber Sec plus the new Cyber Heist DLC, all for just £36.99/€44.99/$44.99.
