Netflix’s live-action/animated hybrid series Lost Ollie gets a trailer

August 4, 2022 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of its arrival on Netflix later this month, the streamer has released a trailer, poster and images for the live-action/animated series Lost Ollie. Inspired by William Joyce’s Ollie’s Odyssey, the series follows lost soft toy Ollie as he embarks on an epic journey to reunite with his best friend Billy, and the young boy’s desperate search for his favourite toy; take a look here…

Lost Ollie is an epic adventure about a lost toy who braves the many dangers of childhood as he searches the countryside to reunite with the boy who lost him; and the story of the boy who lost more than a best friend. It’s a heartwarming tale for the child in us all, remembering those special souls that we’ve lost but who forever changed our lives.

Lost Ollie features the voice talents of Jonathan Groff, Tim Blake Nelson, and Mary J. Blige, and stars Jake Johnson, Gina Rodriguez, and Kesler Talbot.

Lost Ollie arrives on Netflix on August 24th.
