Malin Akerman and Jerry O’Connell have an awkward encounter in The Donor Party clip

February 23, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

With a little over a week to go until its release, a new clip has arrived online for director Thom Harp’s comedy The Donor Party which sees Malin Akerman and Jerry O’Connell sharing a very awkward moment together; watch it below…

THE DONOR PARTY follows recently single Jaclyn (Malin Åkerman), who desperately wants to become a mom — by any means necessary. After a messy divorce and countless wasted online dating attempts, she realizes she doesn’t need a husband to make her dream come true. Enlisting her best friends (Erinn Hayes and Bria Henderson), Jaclyn devises a plan to pull off the ultimate sperm heist on unsuspecting donors Tim (Jerry O’Connell), MJ (Dan Ahdoot), Mateo (Jeff Torres) and Armin (Ryan Hansen), all while celebrating an intimate birthday party for her oblivious friend, Geoff (Rob Corddry).

Joining Akerman and O’Connell in the cast are Rob Corddry, Erinn Hayes, Bria Samoné Henderson, Meadow Williams, Dan Ahdoot, Jeff Torres, Patty Guggenheim, Cedric Yarbrough, Aarti Mann, Rizwan Manji, Beth Dover, Brit Morgan, Jon Daly, and Ryan Hansen.
