Paramount Movies has released a trailer and poster for Buddy Games: Spring Awakening, the upcoming sequel to the 2020 comedy.
The film sees Josh Duhamel return to both the director’s chair and the cast, and reunites him with his Buddy Games co-stars Dan Bakkedahl, Kevin Dillon, James Roday Rodriguez, and Nick Swardson. The sequel follows the gang as the grieve the death of their friend and steal his urn to set to commemorate his life at the place where the buddy games began.
Faced with their biggest challenge yet, the gang sets out to honor a lost friend only to find themselves in the middle of where it all began – Spring Break – where they learn their old school ways of partying hardly compete with today’s generation.
Buddy Games: Spring Awakening arrives in cinemas on May 19th, followed by a digital release on June 2nd.
