Lizzy Caplan and Anthony Starr are sinister parents in Cobweb trailer

June 14, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

Lionsgate has released a trailer, poster and images for Cobweb, the upcoming horror from director Samuel Bodin (Marianne).

The film follows an eight-year-old boy who suspects that his parents are hiding a terrible secret when they insist that the tapping he hears from inside his bedroom walls and the terrifying nightmares he is experiencing are just his imagination. Check out the trailer below…

Eight-year-old Peter is plagued by a mysterious, constant tap, tap from inside his bedroom wall – a tapping that his parents insist is all in his imagination. As Peter’s fear intensifies, he believes that his parents (Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr) could be hiding a terrible, dangerous secret and questions their trust. And for a child, what could be more frightening than that?

Featuring in the cast of Cobweb are Lizzy Caplan, Woody Norman, Cleopatra Coleman, and Antony Starr.

Cobwebs arrives in cinemas on July 21st.
