Loki season 2 featurette explores Tom Hiddleston’s journey as Marvel’s God of Mischief

September 29, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

With a little over a week to go until Loki season 2 premieres on Disney+, a featurette has been released which gives us a look at Tom Hiddleston’s journey as Loki from his casting as the God of Mischief over a decade ago, to leading his own Marvel series; watch it below…

“Loki Season 2 picks up in the aftermath of the shocking season finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority. Along with Mobius, Hunter B-15, and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous Multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes, and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.”

Loki season 2 sees the return of Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Owen Wilson (Mobius M. Mobius), Sophia Di Martino (Sylvie), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Ravonna Renslayer), Wunmi Mosaku (Hunter B-15), Eugene Cordero (Hunter K-5E) and Tara Strong (Miss Minutes),  alongside new additions Kate Dickie (The Witch), Rafael Casal (Blindspotting) and Oscar-winner Ke Huy Quan (Everything Everywhere All At Once).

Loki Season 2 premieres on Disney+ on October 5th at 6PM PT in the US and on October 6th 2:00 AM BST in the UK.
