Netflix has debuted the first trailer and poster for Lift, the upcoming action comedy from F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton, The Fate of the Furious).
The film stars Kevin Hart as Cyrus, a master thief who is approached by a special agent who cuts him a deal to lead his international crew on a heist to steal half a billion in gold from a passenger plane in flight to avoid charges in identity fraud and money laundering. Watch the trailer below…
An international heist crew, led by Cyrus Whitaker (Kevin Hart), race to lift $500 million in gold from a passenger plane at 40,000 feet.
Joining Kevin Hart in the cast of Lift are Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Vincent D’Onofrio, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Jean Reno, and Sam Worthington.
Lift flies on to Netflix on January 12th.
