SDCC: Original Speedster Jay Garrick confirmed for The Flash Season Two

It was teased during the final moments of the first season, and its star Grant Gustin hinted that we could see multi-verses in upcoming seasons of the show, but we’ve got a new character confirmed for the next season of The Flash.

At the DC Entertainment to Page panel at San Diego Comic Con, Geoff Johns confirmed that the winged helmet was in fact a story point and original speedster Jay Garrick would be apart of the second season of the hit show.

Garrick’s helmet was on display at San Diego Comic Con along with the new and updated costume for The Scarlet Speedster.

The Flash returns to The CW for its second season on Tuesday, October 6th.
