Marvel Powers United VR gets a new trailer and release date

June 30, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Back in July of last year, developer Sanzaru announced that it would be taking Oculus gamers into the Marvel universe with the video game Marvel Powers United VR.

Since then, we’ve heard very little about the title, but now we have a brand new trailer which reveals that Black Panther is joining the previously announced roster of playable characters of Captain Marvel, The Hulk, Rocket Racoon, Black Bolt, Crystal an Thor, as well as a confirmed release date of July 26th.

Check out the new trailer here…

In total, Marvel Powers United VR will feature 18 playable super heroes, with eight supervillains to battle across ten locations directly from the pages of Marvel Comics.

Unleash your rage and smash foes, lock n’ load your favorite plasma cannons, or take to the skies with powerful photon blasts. Hulk, Rocket Raccoon, Captain Marvel, and a powerful roster of Marvel’s greatest heroes are ready for battle. Suit up, power up, and team up with friends to engage in immersive, explosive co-op fights from across the Marvel Universe. Be the hero and unleash your powers now!

Marvel Powers United VR is set for release on July 26th, priced $39.99.
