Focus Home Interactive and developers Big Bad Wolf have announced that the third episode of their narrative adventure game The Council will be arriving on the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC for those with the Season Pass or The Complete Season on the 24th July and a full release for everyone on the 26th July.
The third of five episodes of The Council is titled Ripples and will continue the story of Louis de Richet. During this episode plots are laid bare as characters reach their breaking points and a terrifying truth is revealed to all. Players will need to take advantage of every ounce of Louis’ influence if they are prevent an already dangerous situation from getting completely out of hand. There’s still time for players to decide who they can trust and which side they will take but choose carefully as the impact of a wrong decision may be disastrous.
A series of new screenshots have been revealed showing scenes from the upcoming episode.
The Council has captivated players with it’s detailed story, intricate characters and the games unique Social Influence system which rewards players for their knowledge of the character’s psychological strengths and weaknesses.
Ripples will be available to players of The Council starting 24th July.
