Don Cheadle, Kevin Hart and Lil Rel Howery join comedy Black Stallions

August 8, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Deadline is reporting that Don Cheadle (Avengers: Infinity War), Kevin Hart (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle) and Lil Rel Howery (Get Out) are set to star in Black Stallions, a new comedy from Jay Longino, writer of Uncle Drew.

According to the site, the film will see Cheadle and and Howery playing two brothers who are also rival jockeys. Hart will play a key supporting role in the film, which looks set to be acquired by Netflix in a competitive bidding situation.

Cheadle will next be seen in next year’s as-yet-untitled Avengers 4, while Hart has the comedy Night School incoming and Howery will soon be seen as the lead in his new Fox sitcom Rel.
