Horror multiplayer Daemonical arrives on Steam Early Access

Fearem’s asymmetrical horror multiplayer Daemonical is now available on Steam Early Access priced £10.99/ $14.99/ €12.99.  Get ready for jump scares and terror galore as you run through the night avoiding a bloodthirsty demon.  The developers have released a new trailer (see below) showcasing the daemonic horror.

Daemonical, takes five players to a remote island where they are tasked with recovering several missing bones and returning them to a skeleton on an altar.  The person who transforms into the demon is selected at random and not even the player will know until they transform.  Once the transformation has occurred, the demon’s sole aim is to hunt down and kill the others.

Featuring:

  • Huge open landscape to hunt through (or hide in).
  • Dense and realistic randomly generated vegetation.
  • Procedurally generated houses,interest points, collectible and ritual part locations make the map different every time.
  • Realistic time of day and real time weather.
  • Atmospheric environment sounds.
  • Beautiful settings, atmosphere, landscape & environment, until the horror starts.
  • Freedom of choice – make your own horror.
  • Proximity voice chat – can be used for role-playing.
  • Realistic characters with character customisation.
  • Party system.

Having ended up on an remote and abandoned island, you find yourself in a life and death battle against an evil coming straight from perdition. With each of your four friends possibly being a bone chilling demonic entity that will try to slaughter the rest of the group – who can you trust?
