Netflix rebooting Mr. Peabody & Sherman

August 12, 2015 by Gary Collinson

With their big screen outing from last year failing to ignite the box office, Mr. Peabody & Sherman are heading back to the small screen, with Netflix ordering a 13-episode series from DreamWorks Animation.

According to Variety, The New Mr. Peabody and Sherman Show “sets the duo as hosts of a latenight comedy show broadcast from their swank Manhattan penthouse in front of a live studio audience. Guests from bygone eras will include Mozart, Napoleon and Edgar Allan Poe, as Mr. Peabody and Sherman embark on new adventures using their famous WABAC machine.”

The New Mr. Peabody and Sherman Show will debut on Netflix on October 9th.
