Anniversary of PlanetSide 2 celebrated with new playable robots

November 22, 2018 by Andrew Newton

It’s PlanetSide 2‘s sixth anniversary and what better way for developer Daybreak Games to celebrate than to bring something new and playable into the game.  The Nanite Systems Operatives are a new playable robotic infantry line that are currently available on test servers for use by each faction on a “contractual” basis.

Nanite Systems Operatives are controlled remotely from a series of Nanite Systems facilities located throughout Auraxis.  These operatives, when entering a new zone, are assigned to assist the faction with the lowest active personnel.  All Operatives are trained in the use of allowing players to easily drop in and play aside any one of the factions.

These new playable characters are available to play in test servers.
