Night City now live for Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast

December 5, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Mobile game developer Navigator Games has released the long awaited fifth world for their dark fantasy RPG Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast.  Titled Night City, this latest world has been heavily inspired by the band’s first two albums specifically Iron Maiden and Killers.  A new trailer can be seen below…

Set in a dystopian 1980’s London, Night City kicks off the game’s second major story arc and features more than 70 brand new battle quests set across a variety of wonderfully drawn London settings.  There will be 18 brand new playable ally characters to collect and a variety of powerful enemies to destroy but for the true Iron Maiden fans Night City heralds the arrival of the iconic Killers Eddie – 1981’s original axe murderer.

“The arrival of Night City marks a pivotal moment in the evolution of Legacy of the Beast, giving both players of our game and fans of the band an incredible opportunity to play through an environment that has literally brought yet another of our albums to life. We’re incredibly excited about the launch of Night City and the new narrative path that Eddie (in all his guises) will be embarking upon, once again sound-tracked with our incredible music from that era” said Dave Shack, Managing Director at Phantom Music Management.

2019 will see Iron Maiden’s Legacy Of The Beast Tour across North, South, Central America and Canada which has been inspired by this game and will feature sets that mirror the game worlds.

Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast is available now for free on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
