Constructor Plus gets February release date and trailer

January 22, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Veteran UK publisher System 3 has announced that the highly anticipated city building sequel Constructor Plus will be released on Nintendo Switch on 15th February and on Xbox One, Playstation 4, PC and Mac on the 28th February.  A new teaser trailer for the Nintendo Switch version can be seen below…

Constructor Plus features a plethora of new buildings to construct, new undesirables to plague other estates, 12 new planets to visit and even brand new game modes to challenge players, including the new mission mode.

As well as residential buildings, players can now invest time and money on retail units that can be rented out and casinos to rake even more money back.  Monuments will also be able to be built which will draw in more cash, not only from the tenants but also from the city.

All of this brand new content is wrapped up in a package filled with the same comedy and sarcasm as the original.

“We’re really happy to be bringing this long-awaited sequel to both our loyal community and a whole new generation of players,” said Mark Cale, CEO of System 3. “The amount of content on offer is unprecedented in the decades-long history of the franchise – and we didn’t even need to hire any hippies to disrupt the competition.”

Constructor Plus will be available as an upgrade for all those who purchased the original Constructor HD at participating digital stores.
