Since cancelling the likes of Young Justice, Green Lantern: The Animated Series and Beware the Batman, Warner Bros. and Cartoon Network have just one animated show on the air at present in Teen Titans Go!, and with the studio set to ramp up its live-action movie universe next year with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad, it would make sense to capitalise with a new cartoon.
