Update 0.8.2 will be arriving on World of Warships on Monday 1st April and will bring with it the new British Aircraft Carriers, the fifth season of Clan Battles and will take players back into space with the Space Warships Intergalactic Games. The Space Warships Intergalactic Games will give players the opportunity to try out twelve unique ships, including the Alldestroyer, the Zaya and the Century Hawk, plus many more. Players will be able to test their skills in three new maps, the Ironium crystal Risus map, the desolate Ludus map and the eerie Navis map through four new battle modes including a reworked Epicenter mode, Rings of Saturn.
British aircraft carriers will finally leave early access and take their official place in the tech tree. As well as the carriers that players are already familiar with from the early access phase, the tech tree will be supplemented with the researchable Tier X aircraft carrier X Audacious. This ship boasts the aircraft’s combat efficiency being the most impressive in the game and the attack craft and bombers are equipped with a large number of rockets and bombs.
Starting on the 3rd April will be Season 5 of Clan Battles. This new season differs from the last by focusing on the improvements of the matchmaking and map selection algorithm, as well as the introduction of the cross-server matchmaker. Rewards will remain the same and players will still have the chance to earn up to 11,000 of steel.
