Warner Bros. has debuted the first poster and trailer for the upcoming crime drama The Kitchen. Directed by Andrea Berloff, the film is an adaptation of the DC/Vertigo comic book series of the same name, and stars Elisabeth Moss, Tiffany Haddish, and Melissa McCarthy as three women who decide to take matters into their own hands after their mobster husbands are incarcerated; take a look here…
“The Kitchen” stars Oscar nominee Melissa McCarthy (“Can You Ever Forgive Me?” “Bridesmaids”), Tiffany Haddish (“Girls Trip”), and Elisabeth Moss (“The Handmaid’s Tale”) as three 1978 Hell’s Kitchen housewives whose mobster husbands are sent to prison by the FBI. Left with little but a sharp ax to grind, the ladies take the Irish mafia’s matters into their own hands—proving unexpectedly adept at everything from running the rackets to taking out the competition…literally.
The Kitchen is set for release on September 20th and features a cast that also includes Domhnall Gleeson (Star Wars: The Last Jedi), James Badge Dale (Only the Brave), Brian d’Arcy James (Spotlight), Margo Martindale (Sneaky Pete), Common (Hunter Killer), Bill Camp (Red Sparrow); Jeremy Bobb (Marshall), E.J.
