Trailer for horror Countdown features a killer new app

STX Films has debuted the first trailer, a poster and images for the upcoming horror-thriller Countdown ahead of its release next month. Written and directed by Justin Dec, the film stars Elizabeth Lail as a young nurse who must find a way to save her own life when she finds out she has three days left to live after downloading an app which claims to predict exactly when a person is going to die; take a look here…

IF YOU COULD FIND OUT EXACTLY WHEN YOU’RE GOING TO DIE… WOULD YOU WANT TO KNOW?

In COUNTDOWN, when a young nurse downloads an app that claims to predict exactly when a person is going to die, it tells her she only has three days to live. With time ticking away and a mysterious figure haunting her, she must find a way to save her life before time runs out.

Countdown is set for release on October 25th and features a cast that also includes Jordan Calloway, Talitha Bateman, Tichina Arnold, P.J. Byrne, and Peter Facinelli
