The news comes months ahead of the police comedy’s seventh-season premiere in February 2020. Brooklyn Nine-Nine has had quite a surreal journey over the course of its run. Originally premiering on Fox, the series became a Golden Globe-winner in its inaugural season and garnered a lot of praise from critics and fans. It ran for five seasons until it was cancelled by Fox only to be picked up for a sixth season by NBC.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine stars Andy Samberg, Terry Crew, Melissa Fumero, Andre Braugher, Joe Lo Truglio, Stephanie Beatriz, Dirk Blocker and Joel McKinnon Miller. It was created by Dan Goor and Mike Schur.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine will return for its seventh season on February 6th, 2020 with an hour-long premiere.
