Animal Kingdom season 5 trailer and premiere date revealed

TNT has released a trailer for the fifth season of acclaimed crime drama series Animal Kingdom which sees Deran (Jake Weary), Pope (Shawn Hatosy), Craig (Ben Robson), and J (Finn Cole) fight for the leadership of the crime family following the death of Ellen Barkin’s Smurf; watch it here…

The Codys return following the death of Smurf and have the chance to do things their own way but the fight for who will lead this crime family could divide them. All while truths unfold about Smurf’s early years and the Cody boys learn more about her life after death.

Animal Kingdom season 5 premieres on TNT on July 11th.
