Catherine Dyer cast in Amazon’s conspiracy thriller The Terminal List

June 10, 2021 by Ricky Church

Amazon has added a new name to The Terminal List. According to Deadline, Catherine Dyer (Stranger Things) will star in a recurring role alongside Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy) in the series from director Antione Fuqua (The Equalizer) and writer/showrunner David DiGilio (Strange Alien).

The Terminal List is based on the novel of the same name by Jack Carr that follows “James Reece (Pratt) after his entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission. Reece returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. However, as new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him, endangering not only his life but the lives of those he loves.”

Dyer will play Rachel Campbell, “James Reece’s mother-in-law. After an unspeakable tragedy befalls her family, Rachel wears her grief on her sleeve, and lets her doubts about her son-in-law be known.”

Dyer joins a cast that also includes Riley Keough (The Girlfriend Experience), Constance Wu (Hustlers), Taylor Kitsch (True Detective) and Jeanne Tripplehorn (Mrs. America).

Pratt, Fuqua, DiGilio and Carr will executive produce the series. It is a co-production between Amazon, Civic Center Media and MCR Television.
