Jessica Jones writer joins Marvel’s Iron Fist writing team

Jessica Jones writer Scott Reynolds has announced on his Twitter page (via Comic Book) that he’s joined the writing team for Netflix’s fourth Marvel series Iron Fist.

Reynolds previous writing credits include Dexter and The Following, while he also penned four episodes of Jessica Jones, including the season one finale, as well as serving as co-executive producer on all thirteen.

Fellow Dexter alumnus Scott Buck is set to serve as showrunner on Iron Fist; here’s the first synopsis…

Returning to New York City after being missing for years, Daniel Rand fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.
