Jada Pinkett Smith returning as Fish Mooney for Gotham season 2

January 29, 2016 by Gary Collinson

If you thought we’d seen the last of Fish Mooney, think again… TV Line is reporting that Jada Pinkett Smith is set to reprise the role of the mob boss for multiple episodes of Gotham season 2.

Fish was last seen being pushed to what was presumed to be her death by The Penguin in the season one finale; details on her return are being kept under wraps, although the article speculates that it could be connected to experiments being carried out by Hugo Strange, who is to be played by Jurassic World star B.D. Wong.

Gotham is set to return on February 29th. Follow all of our coverage here.
