Prime 1 Studio’s John Constantine collectible statue brings Lee Bermejo’s Hellblazer to life

July 17, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

Sideshow has released promotional images for Prime 1 Studio’s 1:4 Scale Ultimate Premium Masterline John Constantine collectible statue, designed by DC Comics artist Lee Bermejo. Limited to 300 pieces, the collectible is available to pre-order now priced at $1,739; check it out here…

Prime 1 Studio is proud to present another fan favorite, design brought to you into our Ultimate Premium Masterline Series: the 1:4 Scale John Constantine Deluxe Bonus Version Concept Design by Lee Bermejo from DC Comics.

The Hellblazer is no stranger to Lee Bermejo, having worked on several issues over many years, Lee hits the home run once again with this Constantine design. Sticking to the dark and gruesome theme observed throughout our many collaborations with Lee Bermejo, this design of John Constantine is no exception and is sure to be a great addition to your collection.

Reaching over 26 inches tall, this statue is bound to make anyone stop in the middle of their track in absolute awe, be they collectors or not! Rising from the depths of Hell, a trio of skeletons are reaching out and grasping at the detective of the occult. Leading them is an Angel of Death who lurks above John’s tombstone, waiting for the perfect moment to attack. However, sadly for them, the World’s Greatest Con is sure to have other plans, sporting his iconic slick-back hair and cunning smug expression. The level of detail in this statue is once again, out of this world, from the small patches of grass, the texture of the tombstone to each feather of the obsidian wing. This statue is a true beauty, from any angle that you may look.

The Deluxe Bonus Version will allow you to expand your storytelling with one (1) additional alternative portrait and two (2) additional right hands. Should you want to move away from the smug and preppy look of the magician, the DX will allow you to portray a sterner look with a slightly more disheveled hairdo. The first right-hand holds four exquisitely detailed tarot cards whereas the second remains free. And when you pre-order this Deluxe Bonus Version, you’ll receive even more bonuses including yet another swappable portrait and left-hand as well as a special art print signed by Lee Bermejo!
