The Expend4bles comes to mobile wargame War Machine

September 21, 2023 by Andrew Newton

Wildlife Studios, alongside Lionsgate and Millennium Media, have announced that elements of the upcoming film Expend4ables are storming onto the battlefield of their online multiplayer mobile game War Machines.

In this new collaboration event, players can bolster their ranks with hit characters from the film, including Barney Ross, Lee Christmas and Gina.  Once these characters have been added to the player’s loadout they can then personalise their tank with patterns and decals inspired by the film.

To celebrate this collaboration there are also dedicated player events where players get the opportunity to earn Crew Crates, Legendary Tokens and Seasonal Ammo.

“At Wildlife Studios, we’re continuously seeking new collaborations that can unite our communities with equally fervent audiences,” said Alvaro Freire, War Machines General Manager. “When the opportunity arose to collaborate with this iconic franchise, it was a no-brainer for us to merge these enthusiastic fan bases.”

Lionsgate’s Director of Interactive Ventures and Games, Erika Ewing, further adds, “On the heels of the fourth film’s release, we couldn’t be more excited for where The Expendables franchise is heading. With this partnership, fans can finally feel like they are a part of the Expendables crew and connect with their squad in new explosive and action-packed ways.”

War Machines is available to download now from the App Store and Google Play.

A new generation of stars join the world’s top action stars for an adrenaline-fueled adventure in Expend4bles. Reuniting as the team of elite mercenaries, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, and Sylvester Stallone are joined for the first time by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Megan Fox, Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, Jacob Scipio, Levy Tran, and Andy Garcia.

Armed with every weapon they can get their hands on and the skills to use them, The Expendables are the world’s last line of defence and the team that gets called when all other options are off the table. But new team members with new styles and tactics are going to give “new blood” a whole new meaning.

Expend4bles is in cinemas on September 22nd.
