Netflix has dropped an action-packed “info-dump” trailer for their upcoming Edgar Wright-produced anime Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, which reintroduces us to this brightly coloured world of impromptu fights and ratatat one-liners.
Scott Pilgrim Takes Off is written by the graphic novel’s creator Brian O’Malley and BenDavid Grabinski, and brings back the recognisible voices from Edgar Wright’s Scott Pilgrim vs. The World including Michael Cera as the titular character, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Ramona, Kieran Culkin as Wallace Wells, Chris Evans as Lucas Lee, Jason Schwartzmen as Gideon Graves, Satya Bhabha as Matthew Patel, Brie Larson as Natalie V. “Envy” Adams, Aubrey Plaza as Julie Powers, Ellen Wong as Knives Chau and Anna Kendrick as Stacey Pilgrim.
