Barry Keoghan enters a world of privilege and desire in trailer for Emerald Fennell’s Saltburn

October 19, 2023 by Matt Rodgers

Academy Award winning filmmaker Emerald Fennell (Promising Young Woman) takes us to a beautifully wicked world of privilege and desire in her sophomore feature Saltburn, which has just a dropped its first full trailer.

Starring the white-hot Barry Keoghan (The Banshees of Inisherin) and Jacob Elordi (Euphoria) in a story about a student at Oxford University who finds himself drawn into the world of a charming and aristocratic classmate, we called Saltburn a “vicious satire” in our review which you can read here.

Also featuring Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl), Richard E. Grant (Withnail & I), and Archie Madekwe (Gran Turismo); you can check out the trailer below…

Struggling to find his place at Oxford University, student Oliver Quick (Barry Keoghan) finds himself drawn into the world of the charming and aristocratic Felix Catton (Jacob Elordi), who invites him to Saltburn, his eccentric family’s sprawling estate, for a summer never to be forgotten.

Saltburn is in limited theatrical release from November 24, 2023, before expanding wide on December 1, 2023.
