Joe Keery, Camila Morrone and Aldis Hodge star in Marmalade trailer

January 5, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of its release this February, a poster and trailer have arrived online for Kier O’Donnell’s directorial debut Marmalade.

The crime romance stars Joe Keery as Baron, a recently incarcerated man who tells the story of how he met the love of his life Marmalade (Camila Morrone) to his cellmate Otis (Aldis Hodge), as the pair hatch a plan together to escape prison. Watch the trailer below…

MARMALADE is an edge-of-the-seat crime-tinged romance tale. Recently incarcerated Baron (Keery) strikes up a friendship with cellmate Otis (Hodge), a man with a well-versed history of prison breaks. As the pair hatch an escape plan together, Baron recalls the story of how he met Marmalade (Morrone), the love of his life, and their “Bonnie and Clyde” style scheme to rob a bank in order to care for his sick mother and give the couple the life they’ve always dreamed of.

Marmalade arrives in cinemas and On Demand on February 9th.
