Gladiator’s Maximus gets an Epic Series collectible statue from PCS

July 21, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

With the sequel incoming later this year [watch the trailer here], Sideshow and PCS have unveiled the 1:3 scale Maximus Epic Series Statue which is inspired by the likeness of Russell Crowe’s Roman general Maximus Decimus Meridius in Ridley Scott’s 2000 historical epic Gladiator. The collectible is available to pre-order now, priced at $1,505; check it out here…

Sideshow and Premium Collectibles Studio are proud to present the Maximus 1:3 Scale Epic Series Statue, a highly requested collectible based on the lead character from the award-winning Ridley Scott film, Gladiator.

Standing approximately 26” tall this classic combatant is fully sculpted, capturing every detail of his iconic armor and humble blue tunic beneath. Maximus also features real metal chainmail accents adding an extra level of realism to this beautiful collectible. Painstakingly sculpted textures are present throughout with additional weathering details on his armor and boots to really bring this cinematic warrior to life. In his right hand is a traditional Roman sword with ornate gold accents on the hilt and pommel.

Maximus stands atop a colosseum base, a fitting setting for this noble soldier turned enslaved gladiator. The colosseum base features realistic sand textures, ornate architectural details throughout and replicas of Maximus’ hand-made figurines in the sand. Add some strength and honor to your collection and pick up the Maximus 1:3 Scale Epic Series Statue by PCS today!
