Alien: Rogue Incursion gets release date and two new trailers

August 15, 2024 by Andrew Newton

VR developer Survios has announced that their action-horror VR game set in the Alien universe will release on Meta Quest 3, PS VR2 and PCVR via Steam on 19th December.  To celebrate the announcement, two new reveal trailers have been revealed offering an in-depth look at the weapons and equipment available and an unnerving glimpse at the Xenomorph.  Watch both of these below…

In Alien: Rogue Incursion, players will join fan-favourite ex Colonial Marine Zula Hendricks (voiced by Emmy Award winner Andia Winslow) in a completely original Alien storyline developed in collaboration with 20th Century Games.

Follow Zula on a dangerous mission that takes her to the uncharted planet of Purdan to discover the secrets that hide beneath its surface.  Accompanied by her sentient AI companion, Davis 01, Zula will fight her way through the Gemini Exoplanet Solutions research facility, defeat the most deviously cunning Xenomorphs in the franchise and end the potential threat to humankind.

Alien: Rogue Incursion is available to pre-order now, those who pre-order will receive an exclusive cosmetic weapon and armour skin inspired by Alien: Romulus (due for release 16th August).  There are two editions of Alien: Rogue Incursion available to pre-order, these include the Standard Edition and the Deluxe Edition, the latter of which comes with cosmetic Blue Camo weapon and armour skins.
