Christopher Nolan has been busy collecting actors for his next secretive film and we can add another big name to his project. Old Guard and Atomic Blonde star Charlize Theron is the latest to join the growing Nolan ensemble.
Very little is known about Nolan’s upcoming film. The only facts that are known are the cast currently attached to star and the script comes from Nolan himself. He is again partnering with Universal after their collaboration on his last film Oppenheimer, which earned Nolan his first Academy Award for Best Director and Best Picture.
Theron joins a cast that includes Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya and Robert Pattinson. This will mark Theron, Nyong’o, Holland and Zendaya’s first time working with the famed director while it will reunite Damon, Hathaway and Pattinson with the filmmaker after their work in Nolan’s Interstellar, Oppenheimer, The Dark Knight Rises and Tenet.

Nolan’s mystery film will begin production within the first few months of 2025 and be released on July 17th, 2026.
