Fairy Tail crossover event coming to AFK Journey in May

March 31, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Farlight Games has announced that the hit anime Fairy Tail will be coming to the multi-award-winning fantasy RPG AFK Journey on 1st May.  The arrival of this limited-time crossover event brings Natsu and Lucy from Fairy Tail for an adventure that won’t be forgotten.  A teaser trailer (see below) shows off these two guild members of the Fairy Tail guild…

The world of Esperia will soon have the honour of welcoming Fairy Tail’s main protagonists Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia.  These two characters will bring their unique abilities and signature combat styles to the battlefields of AFK Journey.

AFK Journey is a fantasy RPG that takes players to the expansive magical world of Esperia, where they will recruit numerous, epic heroes, set out on exciting adventures and fight challenging battles. Players will be able to fight powerful enemies to gain huge rewards through in-game activities and idle game mechanics.  Esperia is a bustling world where they can explore towns, take on quests and much, much more.

Fairy Tail fans who want to follow Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia into this limited time crossover event will be able to download the game from the developer’s website, Google Play or the App Store.  Remember, this crossover starts on 1st May.
