April 1, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Netmarble has released a new teaser trailer (see below) for their collectible RPG, Tower of God: New World that hints at the upcoming collaboration event with Japan’s popular VTuber group ‘hololive‘.  Such is the popularity of this all girl VTuber group that it has expanded beyond virtual streaming into game streaming, music production and live concerts.

The event, scheduled to begin on 9th April, will bring two new collaborative teammates from hololive, these are teased in the new video as being SSR+ [hololive] Mori Calliope and SSR+ [hololive] Tokoyami Towa.  Both characters look to become fan-favourites for all Tower of God: New World players.  The video also provides a sneak peek into the exclusive story event that players will be able to take part in, and other events that offer rewards of costumes, among other things.

Tower of God: New World, based on the hit anime and webtoon series, is a collectible card game RPG that will have players attempting to ascend the Tower.  Players will join Twenty-Fifth Bam and more that a 100 different fan-favourite characters as they fight their way up through this legendary tower.

Players will be able to use a unique Slot System that powers up a particular “slot” instead of a specific character, and take part in fast-paced battles in gorgeous 3D worlds.
