New trailer for RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business reveals July release date

April 26, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Studio Teyon and publisher NACON have released a new trailer for RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business revealing a launch date of 17th July. This new standalone title brings a brand-new, nail-biting story to Detroit as well as a host of new features. Watch the new trailer below and get ready for the chaos to arrive…

In 2023’s RoboCop: Rogue City, RoboCop managed to defeat Detroit’s gangs and the “New Guy in Town”, and bring peace to the city. However, that peace is short-lived when a group of highly trained mercenaries armed with cutting-edge weapons attacks the police station and takes control of OCP’s new project – the OmniTower.  It’s up to Robocop to uphold the law, put a stop to the mercenaries’ plans and ascend the tower.

In addition to an exciting new story, Unfinished Business also brings a wealth of new additions and innovations to players, including the new Cryo Cannon weapon. Players will also be able to relive certain events through flashbacks where they will be able to play as Alex Murphy for the very first time, and in a nod to RoboCop 3, new enemies will include androids with katanas.

As with the winning formula of RoboCop: Rogue City, this new title will feature all the explosive combat, gripping investigation and elements of light-RPG progression that players loved. Plus, Peter Weller, the original Alex Murphy actor, will once again lend his voice to RoboCop.

Look out for RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business arriving on Xbox Series X|S, Playstation 5 and PC on 17th July.
