World of Warships: Legends makes its first steps on Steam this month as the closed beta takes place between 23rd – 26th May. When this hit console and mobile version of the franchise arrives it will bring with it over 500 warships and more than 100 Commanders available at launch. Watch the new trailer below….
Would-be ship captains can sign up for the closed beta via the official Steam store page and during the beta period will be able to test the Versus AI, Arcade and Standard battle types, work through the Tech Trees and campaigns, and explore the Commanders, ships, divisions, campaigns and missions available. Other features, such as additional battle types, Bureau Projects, Fleets, crossplay etc. will be available for players once the full version arrives.
For World of Warships: Legends on consoles and mobiles, the May update will see the arrival of the new German Legendary Tier battleship Preußen, which will be available via a new six-week long campaign. Players will be able to continue working towards the German Legendary Tier cruiser Hindenburg.
Players will also get to enjoy the Hunt for Bismarck event, which will offer the Unsinkable Sam Commander guise as its main reward. There are also new Premium ships available, including the German Tier IV battleship Moltke and British Tier IV battleship Indefatigable.
Wrapping up the May update are the brand-new Brawl and Fleet Cup seasons where players will be able to test their strength on the high seas.
