Blade Runner: Black Lotus – Las Vegas to launch in September

May 22, 2025 by Gary Collinson

Titan Comics and Alcon Publishing have announced the next chapter in their Blade Runner: Black Lotus saga, as returning writer Nancy A. Collins teams with artist Jesus Hervas (Blade Runner Origins) to continue the adventure of Elle, a female combat replicant who debuted in the cult 2021 anime series, in Blade Runner: Black Lotus – Las Vegas.

This all-new adventure (set in the year 2032) sees the deadly Replicant combat model Elle – aka The Black Lotus Killer still searching for answers to her mysterious past. Her quest takes her to the irradiated city of Las Vegas (briefly glimpsed in BLADE RUNNER 2049), now a ghost-town following the detonation of a dirty bomb.

There she finds a community of Replicants who once serviced the casinos as the living embodiments of ancient Egyptians and Romans. Meanwhile Niander Wallace, inheritor of the Replicant technology of Eldon Tyrell, has dispatched a battle-hardened squad of mercenaries to track her and bring her back dead or alive.

Blade Runner: Black Lotus – Las Vegas #1 is set to go on sale in September – the same month as Titan begins to release new deluxe hardcover omnibus editions of its critically acclaimed ‘Ash’ saga with Blade Runner 2019, Blade Runner 2029, and Blade Runner 2039. Here’s the official Blade Runner comics timeline, updated with the newly-announced Black Lotus – Las Vegas…
