The Sandman Season 2 Volume 2 trailer teases the finale of the Netflix series

With the first volume of the second and final season of The Sandman now available on Netflix, the streamer is giving fans a peek at the remaining episodes of the comic book adaptation with a Season 2 Volume 2 trailer, which we have you below along with an official batch of promotional images…

After a fateful reunion with his family, Dream of the Endless (Tom Sturridge) must face one impossible decision after another as he attempts to save himself, his kingdom, and the waking world from the epic fallout of his past misdeeds. To make amends, Dream must confront longtime friends and foes, gods, monsters, and mortals. But the path to forgiveness is full of unexpected twists and turns, and true absolution may cost Dream everything. Based on the beloved award-winning DC comic series, the second season of THE SANDMAN will tell Dream’s story arc in full to its thrilling conclusion.

Starring as the Endless are Tom Sturridge as Dream, Kirby as Death, Mason Alexander Park as Desire, Donna Preston as Despair, Adrian Lester as Destiny, Esmé Creed-Miles as Delirium and Barry Sloane as The Prodigal. Reprising their roles from season one are Patton Oswalt as Matthew the Raven, Vivienne Acheampong as Lucienne, Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer, Jenna Coleman as Johanna Constantine, Ferdinand Kingsley, Stephen Fry as Gilbert, Asim Chaudhry as Abel, Sanjeev Bhaskar as Cain, Vanesu Samunyai as Rose Walker and Razane Jammal as Lyta.

The Sandman season 2 volume 2 arrives on Netflix on July 24th.
