Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero coming to the Nintendo Switch this November

August 1, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe will be releasing the hit game Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on 14th November.  Developed by Spike Chunsoft, this latest addition to the franchise features legendary characters and epic fights. Watch the new trailer below….

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero uses the power of Unreal Engine 5 to deliver gravity-defying battles between a wide range of Dragon Ball characters, giving players the chance to recreate their favourite hero’s most devastating moves.

Players will be able to choose from a roster of more than 180 fighters from Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, Dragon Ball GT, and selected Dragon Ball movies, with each character having their own unique abilities, transformations, and techniques.

There have been many battles throughout the DRAGON BALL story, and players can recreate these or even set up their own dream story battle using their favourite characters. Players are then able to share these creations with others.

Fight your way through various tournament modes and victory conditions, challenge other players online to test your skills, or enjoy local multiplayer with up to 5 friends on a single console.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO is available to pre-order now for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.  Deluxe and Ultimate Editions are also available.  Get ready for beam clashes, rush attacks, movements too quick for the eyes to see, and planet-razing ultimate attacks this November.
