Sony Pictures Entertainment has debuted the first trailer for the comedy action horror Anaconda.
Directed by Tom Gormican, the film centres on best friends Doug (Jack Black) and Griff (Paul Rudd) whose midlife crisis inspires them to make a reboot of their favourite movie – the 1997 creature feature Anaconda – and head to the Amazon to begin filming where they experience a series of chaotic events which may just get them killed.
Joining Black and Rudd in the cast are Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior, and Selton Mello. Watch the trailer below…
Doug (Jack Black) and Griff (Paul Rudd) have been best friends since they were kids, and have always dreamed of remaking their all-time favorite movie: the cinematic “classic” Anaconda.
