Disney’s Zootopia 2 gets a new poster and trailer

September 29, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Walt Disney Animation Studios has released the final trailer for Zootopia 2, the follow-up to the 2016 animated comedy from directors Jared Bush and Byron Howard.

The film sees Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde finding their partnership put to the test as they are forced to join a Partners in Crisis counseling program, while taking on a perilous new case.

Zootopia 2 sees the return of Ginnifer Goodwin as Judy Hopps, Jason Batemen as Nick Wilde, and Idris Elba as Chief Bogo, alongside franchsie newcomers Ke Huy Quan’s Gary De’Snake, Fortune Feimster as Nibbles, and Quinta Brunson as therapist Dr. Fuzzby. Watch the trailer below…

“After cracking the biggest case in Zootopia’s history, rookie cops Judy Hopps (voice of Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (voice of Jason Bateman) find their partnership isn’t as solid as they thought when Chief Bogo (voice of Idris Elba) orders them to join the Partners in Crisis counseling program. But it doesn’t take long for their partnership to be put to the ultimate test when they find themselves on the twisting trail of a mystery tied to the arrival of a venomous snake in the animal metropolis.”

Zootopia 2 hops into cinemas on November 26th.
