Row K Entertainment has dropped the trailer for Gus Van Sant’s Dead Man’s Wire, a Dog Day Afternoon-style crime drama in which Bill Skarsgård’s everyman takes the law into his own hands when he feels wronged by the system.
Van Sant’s first movie in seven years, Dead Man’s Wire is set in 1977 and based on the true story of Tony Kiritsis, a former real estate developer puts a dead man’s switch on himself and the mortgage banker who did him wrong, demanding $5 million and a personal apology. Starring alongside Skarsgård is Dacre Montgomery, Cary Elwes, Myha’la, Colman Domingo and Al Pacino. Check out the poster and trailer below…
