Disney-Pixar has unveiled a new trailer for director Daniel Chong’s (We Bare Bears) animated comedy Hoppers ahead of the film’s release in March.
The film sees young animal lover Mabel jump at the opportunity to ‘hop’ her consciousness into a life-like robotic beaver, giving her the ability to communicate with animals and uncover mysteries within the animal world beyond her imagination.
The voice cast of Hoppers includes Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan, Jon Hamm, Meryl Streep, Dave Franco, Kathy Najimy, Eduardo Franco, Melissa Villaseñor, Ego Nwodim, Vanessa Bayer, Sam Richardson, Aparna Nancherla, Nichole Sakura, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Steve Purcell, Karen Huie, and Tom Law. In “Hoppers,” scientists have discovered how to “hop” human consciousness into lifelike robotic animals, allowing people to communicate with animals as animals! Using the new technology, Mabel (Curda) will uncover mysteries within the animal world that are beyond anything she could have imagined.
