Winter Fest 2025 now underway in World of Tanks Modern Armour

December 12, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Winter Fest 2025 is now underway in World of Tanks Modern Armor and expands the game’s wonderful winter world with a whole host of activities to put players in a festive mood. Running until 5th January, players will be able to enjoy daily gifts, themed event modes, seasonal rewards and much more. Watch the new trailer below to see more of the festivities.

Players will be happy to hear that the popular Toy Tanks Mode makes a return. For those new to this mode, two teams of ten players will engage in fast-paced battles beneath the Yule tree. Players will man Toy Tanks with each one having its own weaponry, including the new Plow Master tank, which is equipped with a bulldozer blade for ramming. Each team has a new giant robot toy that will launch support strikes that will drop snowballs, the Winter Fest’s event currency.

Winter Warrior

The 23rd December sees the start of The Ice Queen’s Blade, a new cooperative PvE mode. This new mode has players joining forces with with a new character, Jack Frost, to stop Krampus, a portal-travelling enforcer, from creating an eternal winter. Players will join teams of ten and travel through Krampus’ portals, killing minions and collecting shards before confronting Krampus at Frostbite Castle.

Dual Battery

The Frostwarden

Four new Premium tanks with themed designs are also available. These are:

  • Frostwarden – a fast and stylish Tier X medium tank designed by Jack Frost.
  • Dual Battery – a dual-gun medium tank inspired by new Commander Ro-Burt.
  • Moldmaster Mk. 1 – a toy-inspired tank destroyer with multiple turrets.
  • Winter Warrior – a medium tank with strong ERA armour that resists autocannon and ATGM fire.

There are also a selection of new 3D Commanders, including Jack Frost, Melty Melvin and Ro-Burt, with an Ultimate version of Jack Frost with all Skill slots open will be available exclusively in Jack Frost War Chests.

The Mold Master

The limited-time currency, Snowballs, can be used on Premium tanks, 3D Commanders, cosmetics, holiday skins, and other items.

What are you waiting for? Celebrate the Christmas period in World of Tanks Modern Armor style and take part in Winter Fest 2025.
