January 15, 2026 by Matt Rodgers

StudioCanal has dropped the international trailer and poster for their Ealing comedy inspired thriller How to Make a Killing. Based on 1949’s Kind Hearts and Coronets, the film stars Glen Powell (Chad Powers) as Beckett Redfellow, a man disowned by his wealthy family who will stop at nothing to reclaim his inheritance.

Written and directed by John Patton Ford (Emily the Criminal), How to Make a Killing also stars Margaret Qualley (The Substance), Jessica Henwick (Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery), Zach Woods (Silicon Valley), Topher Grace (BlackKklansman) and Ed Harris (The Rock). Check out the poster and trailer below…

“Disowned at birth by his obscenely wealthy family, blue-collar Becket Redfellow (Glen Powell) will stop at nothing to reclaim his inheritance, no matter how many relatives stand in his way.”

How to Make a Killing is in cinemas from March 13th.
