Ruk joins EXO-6’s Star Trek collection with new sixth scale figure

May 15, 2026 by Amie Cranswick

EXO-6 has officially unveiled its revealed its sixth scale Ruk figure from the classic Star Trek: The Original Series episode “What Are Little Girls Made Of?”. The latest release in EXO-6’s Star Trek action figure collection is available to pre-order now, priced at $235; take a look here…

In this classic first-season episode of Star Trek: The Original Series, Ruk is an extraordinarily ancient android, created by the Old Ones (the long-extinct inhabitants of Exo III) hundreds of thousands of years ago as part of their android workforce. For eons, Ruk maintained the underground machinery of his creators’ civilization in solitude, a duty spanning nearly half a million years. When Dr. Roger Korby discovers him, Ruk becomes both ally and threat.

Portrayed by Ted Cassidy, the prolific character actor best known for his iconic role as Lurch on The Addams Family, Ruk showcases Cassidy’s talent for bringing imposing, unforgettable presence to unusual characters. Cassidy’s commanding height and distinctive delivery made him a master of offbeat science-fiction roles, lending the android an intensity and menace that perfectly captures the episode’s themes of creation gone awry.

EXO-6 captures this imposing alien in museum-grade quality with a fully articulated 1/6 scale figure standing an imposing 33 cm tall to scale with other Star Trek figures. An authentic portrait likeness of Ted Cassidy as Ruk is hand painted to capture the extreme make-up from the episode. The android’s colorful robes and cloak are recreated with authentic detail and he comes with the broken stalactite—the jagged weapon Kirk snaps off to battle the unstoppable android.
