Witchblade and Vampirella are set to cross paths once more for the first time in over two decades as Top Cow and Dynamite Entertainment join forces for a pair of comic book crossover one-shots featuring the comic book titans.
The collab begins in August with the release of Top Cow’s Witchblade/Vampirella #1 from Witchblade series writer Marguerite Bennett and artist Laura Braga, before Dynamite follows in September with Vampirella X Witchblade Special #1 from writer Erica Schultz (Xena: Warrior Princess) and artist Valentina Pinti.
“This is the kind of crossover that only works when everyone leans in—creatively and as partners,” said Matt Hawkins, President and COO at Top Cow. “You’ve got two iconic characters, two publishers, and a story that doesn’t play it safe. It puts Sara and Vampirella on a collision course where trust is fragile and the consequences are permanent.”
