According to The Wrap, Boom! Studios’ comic book series Polarity is heading to the small screen, with Max Winkler and Matt Spicer penning a script for a pilot, which will be directed by Winkler.
Created by Max Bemis, lead singer of Say Anything, Polarity follows Timothy Woods, “a bi-polar artist living in Brooklyn who discovers that when he stops taking his meds he is able to manifest super-powers.”
Polarity becomes the latest Boom! title set for a screen adaptation, following The Empty Man, Irredeemable, Lumberjanes and Malignant Man.
