It’s certainly an exciting – and busy – time for Netflix’s Marvel universe; following last month’s Iron Fist series, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist are set to team up for The Defenders (which has been announced this week as premiering on August 18th), while cameras continue to roll on The Punisher, and season two of Jessica Jones has just started filming in New York City.
Well, it seems that Charlie Cox will shortly be donning the horns once again as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, with the British actor revealing to Boogaloo Radio that season three of Daredevil is set to begin production later this year. Presumably the series will hit the streaming service some time in 2018 alongside Jessica Jones’ sophomore outing.
It’s difficult to speculate as to the storyline for Daredevil season three, given that the events of The Defenders will likely have a major impact on the Netflix side of the MCU, although Cox has previously stated on several occasions that he’d like to see Bullseye featuring.
